I get packet loss in allegiance, I dont get any other problems in any other multiplayer games I play
what do guys help

noticed that its not constant
played a game just now and no packet loss

There are many things that can result in PL. First of you should do a tracert and check if this isnt a problem at the route between your pc and the alleg server, since you said its just for alleg.
That happens to me a lot, and its just that somewhere in the middle over the route theres a problem happening and there is no "alternative" route. My only hope is for whoever is the responsible for repairing it to fix the problem.
