My fellow Allegites,

My RL plan is to take some time off and go travel the world for 6 months or so starting in June. I've already been planning this for months and as I'm getting closer to the actual depart date (albeit still pretty far away) I want to know if you know awesome cheap hotels or hostels around you or if you have a couch I could crash on. I need to start thinking about actually buying plane tickets before prices go up again, so help me plan my trip!

My plan is to start in Italy (staying with Blacksun!) I also want to see Germany, Spain, France, Greece, Thailand, Australia, and wherever else. I'm considering South America too. Honestly my plans are pretty flexible atm, which is another reason I'm posting here. If you have me over I'll show you how to play Allegiance.

Let me know if there is anything I MUST see on my travels too.

I can give you some cool spots to check out if you head to Thailand, Okinawa, or Japan (Tokyo/Fuji area). Also, if you want to make a run at Afghanistan...

I'd fly you out here, but I'll be in the middle of training for, and then just starting, my new job. Two and a half years of work, I finally got it.

If you don't mind coming to Canada in the Winter, I'll keep you here for as long as you like. Though I'll live a few hours from Edmonton. We can make plans and I can book the time off. Might get Blacksun out here too if I can afford it.

If you want to come to Minsk, Belarus by all means our couch is here for you

I found a flight to Venice for $570, following month it's almost tripled. Crazyyy
