Not exactly the true, I believe you can kill caltrop with that. So not that useless. And ofc good vs capship shields.

Oh yeah, they are great against pnix shields. The point was, THEY DON"T WORK ON TECH BASE SHIELDS

An IC interceptor traveling at 300+ MPS that rams a pheonix bomber will only drop the bombers shields.

EDIT:
The interceptors pod will not survive!

I've heard that phoenix had special shields, that is not the case anymore though.

I think they can be nanned now depending on the core.

Yes the whole Pnix don't nan thing was nix'd. Nans work on everything now.
