Don't be surprised if you imagine your commander looks like this:
It just means he's experienced and frustrated with his team.Do not quit....it's only words.

Close, I think I'm a little more stressed than that guy, he seems kind of relaxed.

One of the struggles I had when I was initially brainstorming enforcement policy for Alleg2 was how to deal with commanding. See, I've commanded you idiots. After 14 years of playing this game you're all a pack of morons and getting you to do the simplest tasks is often like pulling teeth.
Oh, and who's blamed if we don't have any miners left or they get ADV tech in 20 minutes?
So newbies, understand this: your commander hates EVERYONE on your team. It comes with the job.

Including themselves for taking the job!
Commanders need to realize though that by booting people/screaming at people for not playing as well as they think they should, they are only hurting themselves. You won't see my flying for come that are consistently abusive/blaming others

Compassion as a strategy...who'd a thunk it?

I've successfully moved my bitching to mumble so as not to disturb the newbies. Has anybody noticed a resultant improvement in morale? `rk

May as well bitch on chat. Others have taken your place, anyways.

Commanders tend to boot because they've already politely asked many times to do XYZ and it's not done, so they move to CAPSLOCK and still nothing, at which point they press the defib button (aka boot).
Monk has it right though, mumble is even better for bitching and lessons stress.

Hey now Narg, I've been playing for the last week or so. Where have you been!
