Ooh, I hope there will be more of these. Big games that usually will fit my schedule! I like it. I officially endorse this event.

20:00 |UTC(-4)
same as
00:00 |UTC(+0)
for me
03:00 |UTC(+3)

Hard time for a workday to me.
Count me out i guess. :(

PS:
Or is SGT "Singapore Time UTC+8" .. dunno what else could it be ?

sgt = squad game time aka EST.

8pm EST is the time that worked for these two commandahs. I'd love to have other scheduled PUGs at other hours. Interested commanders should PM me times they know they will be available.

So if 00:00 SGT is 20:00 GMT this would mean 20:00 SGT is 16:00 the GMT? which day are we talking about now anyway?

And don't you think we time zones are complicated enough as it is??

lawl.

Imagine you are playing a squad game (they are held at 3pm EDT). then add five hours and you get 8pm EDT. This game is at 8pm EDT.

So wherever you are, add five hours to when squad games are supposed to start and show up then. It might be on a Thursday for some of you!

If that is too complicated then you should just play all day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and you'll eventually run into this game.

(I blame pkk for editing my post to add in 'SGT' which is allegiance specific).

It's okay... ;)

We're all (almost all) on daylight savings right now, so timezone SGT is EDT (UTC-4) and not EST (UTC-5).GMT is the old term for UTCThe UK is currently on daylight savings, like the USA. So time offset in the UK is UTC+1.

People are just confused, but boe understood it. ;)

The Eastern Time Zone contains 17 states in the eastern part of the Contiguous United States and is shared by parts of Canada and three countries in South America. These places use Eastern Standard Time (EST) when observing standard time (autumn/winter) – which is 5 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC−05) – and Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) when observing daylight saving time (spring/summer) – which is 4 hours behind (UTC−04).

So yeah, you're right. Time owned me. Nerf time.

It would be much more simple (at least for me) that instead of using so many acronyms, we use GMT and do an overall with it. "EDT, EST PKK, UCT, FTW, FTL", so many time zones I get sooooo confused. I dont even care anymore about what time is happening what, I just log in and hopes Im early for the show. If not, w/e I find something else to do.
