New ideas

Hi, i have some new ideas to put in allegiance if we can:

1.minning cannons (shoot at asteiroids to win a small amount of money)

2. Fleet capital ship (huge ship, can dock small to captal ship class)

3. Music :cool: put some cool music. theme: space

4. hiring: allows you to hire NPCs

5. single player mode

6.neutral NPCs (it shoots you when close)

7.More stations such as: bunker, refueler, Adv. mining refinery (causes a boost at income)

We should be mailed chocolates whenever we win PUG's, to incentivize playing the game more!

i'll be as polite as i can be.

1: i dont think that's reasonable and could cause balance issues or w/e issues people wont like.
2: we do have that, under the Shipyard. assault carriers are manned capital ships with turrents and dockable places.
3: u can find alleg music on the downloads page right here on the forums.
4: anything related to code changes to the game is really hard and posibilities are almost non existent.
5: u're trying to make this game kinda like freelancer or x3, where goals are much different here than there. this game is more about team tactics rather than maxing out tech and go OMG IM UBER with fancy toys.

anyway thanks for your concern and keep thinking!

PD: this game has +10 years and some of the guys here are old and dont like change at all. imagine them as an old cracky bastard when they changed his analog tv to satellite.

1. No, it wont cause balance issues, its disponible in all factions with upgrades to purchase. can be researched at adv garrison.
2. Fleet capital ship: acts as mobile garrison when all upgrades from the shipyard is purchased.
3: We need in-game music. Forum musics are simply and uses VC.
4: possibly to add it on the next CC core.
5: No. Im trying to make a perfect team based space combat strategy game.

PS: improve the station scenery! the factions must have diferent station scenerys when docked. :glare:

Hi Fabz12,

you have very nice ideas, but:
The "people" in here don't like new guys with new ideas, they just flame. (I've already removed some of these posts.)The community is lacking at people who are willing to implement new features or even fixing known bugs.
