Hey there,

in the last 2 weeks i had some random crashes when opening mumble while alleg was runing. Is this ok to happen due to the overlay from mumble? It's doesn't happen all the time , just random. It's annoying because sometimes when it crashes alleg i am in the middle of a game and i need to restart alleg.

Did it happen to you?

Both hook into drectX from outside (for different reasons - true, and I have no idea of the api involved tho), but it may have a similar cause.

Personally I think imago was just taking a first guess at something which may be linked. No need to ride on him for that IMO.

the problems are related HJ_KG, i'm aware that mumble != fraps. thanks.

Someone move this to development or support so HJ_KG doesn't have to read this.

thanks for moving this. i started it as a general question. i just wanted to know if this happens to anyone else. I am not asking for a fix now or i am demanding that this should be solved asap but just wanted to let you know this problem exists, at least on my pc.
