Radar mode improvements

I'm going to dump it here before I forget:

1) Make the radar mode customizable, so the client can determine what to show in all radar modes and what radar modes to include in the cycle. This could initially be just a simple text file rather than configuration UI.

2) Add a key-binding for Temporary All where it'll switch to the All mode as long as the key is held down.

I didn't think this through - any improvement might be negligible so it may not be worth it...OTOH it's simple enough to implement and doesn't hurt anything. It could also potentially help future extension of radar modes.

although i probably wouldnt use it anyway, i like the idea. Something along the lines of only showing stuff less than 2 or 3k away (customizable??)

Is it just me, or are friendly miners not shown on the edge of your screen where all the other objects show up? That would be nice and useful.
