No. Why? There are 4 reasons:
1. As you can clearly see, most people don't like Phoenix
2. The faction's creator specifically requested that it not be used anywhere else
3. It would be too much work for the CC devs to add now
4. Even if I did get added, it would need to be balanced, and again, more work.

Perhaps I shouldn't try to make an obviously pointless thread useful, but as someone who didn't play much back in the DN days, I'm wondering, what is it that people liked about/are nostalgic for when it comes to Phoenix? Is it:
The appearance of the ships?
Nanless bombers with assault shields? I think generally people don't like these, but find them interesting enough that some wish it could work.
The transceiver base, or just having another research base in general?
The inverse Rix turn rate?
Combat drones?
The Vanguard, or some particular aspect thereof? I know I've seen some nostalgia for this one, particularly hyper-boost.
Assault constructors?
Nova bombs? These seem to be regarded as fun, but too silly to be a good part of the game.
Laser blossom? Laser cannon? Vulcan cannon?
Anything I'm missing?
