Hi! Can you fill out the template found in the READ ME FIRST thread? And can you list what it was in the wiki that you tried?

well in what i was looking for in the wiki i found this that is related to my problem 'Client Submitted invalid key' and this "Open up a command prompt (Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt or Start -> Run -> cmd -> OK) and type in the following command:
verifier /flags 0x80 /driver scsiport.sys)" After i restarted my computer I still get the same error message

And for my Computer

Windows Vista SP2

Processor: 1.60GHz
RAM: 2.00GB
Video Card: ATI RADEON GPAHICS
Connection type: DSL,Wireless
Router: Comcast DSL
Modem: Belkin
Location: USA
Anti-Virus: NOD32

I think i tried updating the game with the game's own updater(I downloaded the updater from downloads page)but it doesn't really work

Perhaps the whole template? There's some information further down that helps a lot with debugging this.

When you machine boots up, you'll get a notice to press F2 (or some other key) to enter your system's setup. This happens right at startup and often happens very quickly - before Windows even begins to load. The actual message varies so you'll have to be observant. And fast. (You can also check with your manufacturer and see if they have specific instructions.)

Once you're in the setup, you're looking for something that references "SMART" - usually found in and around the hard drive information. But it could be anywhere as there is no standard way of organizing this information and each system is different.

That can happen sometimes. What's the make and model of your machine? What version and make of BIOS do you have (Phoenix? AMI?)
