I got that with that reticule and the "><" shaped one (made by Raveen iirc) (until I redownloaded it)

Make sure there isnt another copy of the .mdl in a subdir (I think it's development, but not sure) off the artwork folder.

I think I read somewhere that under R5 the /artwork/dev folder no longer over rides what's in /artwork but I've never tested it. I suppose that, assuming you have a /dev folder, you can put the reticules in both places and try that.

Got the same issue. Runs on Vista home premium.

I am not able to get anything else but the original reticule. And I have replaced (after even first deleting the original ones) the aforementioned files. All under artwork. Dev catalog is empty. No problem to start the game even without the files in artwork (deleted not replaced) and hey, there are my old buddy original reticule. Hmmmm.

Try replacing Centerout as well as centerin?

Check all the sub directories in the artwork folder to make sure there isn't another version floating about in there.

Tried that (replacing both files). There are no more subdirectories than dev in artwork. Nothing there. I am still in search of a solution but any tip would be appreciated.

Pack file strikes again!

I've not played with it personally, but I know Sp4wn has - I'll drag him in here.

EDIT: Not certain myself, but go to the escape menu, go to graphics, then advanced, and then change the "use texture pack file" to no (If you're going to be changing things a lot) or change it to no and then back to yes so that it re-builds the pack file. Not sure if this will work, but I think this is what Sp4wn had to do.

For those interested, I'm decently certain that the pack file quickens loading times for artwork in alleg. Downside is that it ignores the files that are actually there, so you have to rebuild it to get the files to work
