I wasn't aware that you could remove someone from a game immediately after accepting them.

First time it happened, I was still loading, I couldn't even see the base screen yet, and was greeted by that message no one wants to see.

Second time (Today), It happened immediately after pressing launch, mid-ripcord, about 5-10 seconds after joining.

In both cases no comment was made beforehand, and auto accept was OFF

Please don't accept me to your team if you wish to do this.

That is called retaliatory booting, and the commander that did it deserves a ban. I have been banned for this on past occasions :) !

QUOTE (ROC)You may not engage in "retaliatory booting". Ejecting anyone from the team or game in response to perceived slights or attacks is not permitted. This includes prearranged “Boot On Sight” (or commonly referred to as BOS) lists. While game commanders generally have the right to boot from the team who they choose, the choice must have a valid gameplay reason.[/quote]
It sounds like this was, indeed, retaliatory booting. It sounds like Weylin was booted just for being Weylin, which implies a "Boot On Sight" thing. At any rate, there can be no valid gameplay reason for booting someone within seconds of them joining, before they even have time to do anything wrong.

MW is correct.

Weylin, whoever the commander that booted you was, it sounds like they probably violated the R.O.C.

Or it could be Wanling attempting to join a team over and over and the comm just getting frustrated accepting and booting. Admittedly just telling him to $#@! off would be easier/more appropriate, but it isn't retaliatory booting. Wanling is often quite useless, but not boot on sight useless.

No, actually, I only requested once, they were 3 down, so I had no other choice. Also the reason I couldn't join the other team on my alt because of them being down.

Can't remember the name of the booter, exer or exal or something, some spork member.

Also, thanks for the kind words, Shiz :iluv:
