It is my understanding that the callsign for ASGS should be the same (or similar) to the callsign for the forum. I created the user name "Beowulf" in the forum, and then I tried to create that callsign in ASGS. In ASGS, it denied my request with the message "Specified Callsign Already Exists. Select a Different Callsign".

I thought I would pick a new name for the forum and try it all again, but forum signup won't allow me to create another user name for my email address. I think I'm stuck. Can you help?

P.S. I haven't filled in all the stuff below, because I think my problem is an operator error vs a software or machine problem.

Thanks,
Ken, aka "Beowulf"

It's not essential that the callsigns are the same. I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you're deparate to have a different forum name, set up a webmail address and use that for your second forum account.....

It's only recommended if you plan on joining Cadet (which is a good descision) to help the instructors deal with your access to cadet boards. Just make sure if you do apply for cadet that specify both your forum account name and your in-game callsign.
