Heck, I got this link on this board, the board I admin, and another board I help moderate. Guess whoever these people are are making their rounds.
As for banning, I wish, I know its possible on an SMF board (as the owner of the board I admin did that when someone did a mass PMing of pms full of stuff that children don't need to see) but I don't know how on this type of a board.. sorry =\
