Installed Mods: noone

Make and Version of firewall: ZoneAlarm
Make and version of anti-virus: Avast 4.8

1 unistall allegiance
.net 1.1
SP1 for .Net 1.1
Hotfix for Net.1.1

reboot

and reinstall

various time

if i click on "ok" on the first error window nothing happen

Edit:
I remember the problem started when unistalled .net framework 3.5 and gamespy, before have installed .net framework 3.5 from gamespy

that's all :)

Sounds like you have an issue with .Net - something hasn't been cleaned up properly when you uninstalled .Net 3. Try this tool to clean up your .Net stuff, then re-install the .Net 1.1 family and see how that goes.

I tried that tool, but it said that he could not unistall .net 1.1, so i guess i have to reinstall Xp.....

Hmmm, that is mighty strange :o Such behaviour usually indicates major brokeness inside the OS... You could try the System Restore option from the install disk to avoid full reinstall, but scrapping current one would probably be the best choice.

Use that tool to remove all .NET runtimes. Try removing 3.0 first if it can't do 1.1.

Of course, the better option is to just restore to before you uninstalled GameSpy.
