why dose this exist.... i mean i re installed Alleg it worked ( last night ) i get on today add my new mods ( gauges reticule and what not) and now this.... and now this... oh ffs =.= how u fix?

EDIT: Oh btw, the updates to Alleg mess up the chat packs causing the exception. Try reinstalling your chat packs and it should be working again.

iv been away hehe but yeah ill re install chat packs ( why havent they fixed this yet =.= though)

EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION is a generic error. It cannot be "fixed".

Reinstall your chatpack. If that doesn't work, install alleg again freshly and install your mods one by one and see when it starts crashing.
