Installed Mods: None yet

Problem Encountered at Step #: 4
Which Program (ASGS/Allegiance): ASGS
What Error Message: None
Comments (What you tried, description, etc): ASGS starts fine. I put in my screenname and password, and press the button. ASGS button turns yellow and says 'checking connectivity' and that's all the further I get. After a short time task manager reports that ASGS is not responding, and I have to end the process. I have not yet tried a reinstall.

What did you change?
Turn off your software firewall, it might be blocking asgs for some reason.

What internet security are you using? Norton, McAfee etc

Well, once again, the helpline team has come to my rescue. Just by reading this post, and taking no other action than a reboot, all my Allegiance woes have vanished. Thank you, Helpline Team, once again. Your powers truly astound me. This time there wasn't even a diagnosis, yet you fixed my problem. I am in awe.
