Well, what can I say? 3 months will be the first anniversary for me; and I'm... still fighting for my rank. Here I was thinkin no one gave a @#(! about those who still think nanning is fun... at least in a pick-up... but when ya'll run into those mines... it's heartwarming.

Being underestimated is the biggest advantage you can get in this game.
"Meh, n00b solo bomber.
*Adv. Expansion destroyed by Noob(0)*
"OMGWTF?!?"

FIZ you're not the only person fighting for your rank... It's like my 3rd or 4th (too tired to check right now) month and i'm still on novice 4 newbie(0). If i goto the newbie server (almost everyone there know me cuz i used to play there a lot) they'll say i'm a stacker ( i am appearently because most of the player there are (0). If i goto the big server i can't really do anything except nan and pickup. People don't really trust newbies to handle things (escorting, turreting etc.)
and do the newbie mordifier go by week you played? i don't believe i lose enough game that my real elo it's going to be equal to (4) (0). Seriously why i'm i still on nov 4 after weeks and weeks of playing? If the mordifier goes by weeks you played then won't i at least be a 8 because i finished the cadet program which is 8 weeks long?
Anyway just a thought.
edit: just check the game and:
yah!!!! i'm a (0) again!!! /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

on a side note: my actual thought which was expressed in a different thread, but yet accommodates this one

I personally don;'t know what the proper answer is but may help you ease some thougths a little by letting you know that elo thus far is still basically in it's testing stages and in reality means nothing as of yet. Well at least a good whole hearted of us think that.. the Asshats bitch all day long about it but they are bitching to deaf ears imho. Anyways.. I'm not sure if all the work you've done thus far will be recognized within all these changes. Btu I Do know once the 2years of testing is complete we may have some fantastic results. I have swung from 24 to 9 to 10 to 1`5 to whatever in the past 2 years and I've been playing for over 7years. I'm not very concerned since i know the bugs and tweaks need to be kinked out. So at this point I say. Dont' sweat it.!
