SysX Comm: Spidey
RT Comm: Terral

Sys X Faction: IC
RT Faction: IC

Map: Grid
Settings: 1.5/1.35/Plentiful
Core: PC II
Time: 1:35

Winner: Sys X

GG all around. IC vs IC on grid is often fun and this game was no different. We pushed our op high adjacent home and RT pushed their op Midhigh adjacent to our home. At the same time I built a tp adjacent to our home midlow and they built theirs at home.

Miner killing ensues for the next 35 minutes as SysX slowly teched up and took control of the map. Luckily we were getting the better of the miner trade offs which allowed us to get hvy ints first and control the map. During this time our first op was bombed and replaced by an RT op. More miner killing and bombing followed but we were lucky and managed to not lose any other ops even though RT was fielding 8-10 nan runs. I pushed an op next to their op midhigh and eventually also pushed an op to their home.

A sup and hvy bombers with ab2 allowed us to pop in 4 bombers 2k from there garr uneyed as they tried to bomb our op in their home. Our op lived and their garr died. I pushed another op to their last remaining sector (ADV Exp adjacent to their home midhigh) and we dmed and made some attempts to take them out. Eventually we had adv sup and tac so we decoy tp 2'ed their exp. At the same time about 7 uneyed hvy bombers with med 3 and ab3 entered there sector and proceeded to fly the 2k to their exp and end the game

Good game by both teams and it was a pleasure to play against RT even with some trouble at first about cores.
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

I've never seen 15 out of 18 people on a team defend a miner before. It was beautiful. Sysx miner rushing was lethal - when they didn't run headlong into prox /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

We lasted for about 20-30 minutes with just our exp I think. It felt like 3 hours

Their initial op got bombed, being 1k from our home as it was, but we didn't manage any other base kills, though there were some pretty close calls (1 ab away on an op, got the shields down on their exp)

Not too shabby, considering a significant portion of the game was reg int vs heavy.

Who needs ints when you have a scout? /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

GG SysX, a pleasure to play you guys.

Miner wise I think we ended up only 1 more miner down than you guys, but you disrupted our mining far more which led to the reg int vs heavy fun. It's typical of RT that our 4th higest killer used nothing but a regular scout the whole game. Awesome work Gandy /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

Oh and a quick request to SysX, next time can more of you get killed by me so I can at least beat Deng for once kthxbye /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

Very good game played by both squads
It was lots of fun & I liked it when you guys decided to base sit to kill us when we launched from our ops.

Funny thing I saw all game?

Biohazard boosted into an enemy scout that was sitting in a minefield at an aleph not moving.
I guess his int was unseen until the last second then the scout goes POP
I was laughing my ass off!

You're welcome to try... just make sure you bring plenty of backup.
