I Cannot fly at all on the stupid EU servers i lag jump everywhere all the time.

We dont have enough ppl to split up the servers.

My ping shoots up to 50-70 and i simply cannot fly.

Thank you for killing my off prime time PU games.

NONE of the other servers have had this problem.

...I was only in the EU lobby the other night. 70 in the lobby. But euro's been putting up with that all along so it seems only fair. And Snack, Grey and plenty of other pilots seem to get all the kills they want. Maybe it actually helps? /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

Please open a command prompt (click run, type cmd) and perform a traceroute by typing:
tracert 84.243.253.94
Mark the results, copy them and paste them here.

Great work with the EU servers constant pings of 25-30 for me, even when there was 60 in the lobby at the weekend. Thanks.

Well in all honesty, its about time the shoe was on the other foot.

Now you know what a lot of Euros have had to deal with on US servers, but having said that I have never had a ping of over 100 on any of the servers in the lobby. I have had to fly with 70 - 100 ping for years and I havent complained once.

Maybe your lag jumping is due to another factor unrelated to the server ?

For years there has only been one choice of geographical server location, now theres actually a viable choice for people who live the other side of the atlantic.

I have played with the same internet connection for 3 years.

I have sporadic problems on other servers, consistent with the 4 times i have spent an hr trying to play the EU servers.

it was funny when i joined the eu server.

immediately after i joined it was 100 and i thought, oh onl slightly laggier than the others.
then it started dropping and i was like cool /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> it should be lower since its closer. 78

p.s. a lag of 90 it perfectly playable, i didn't really feel a difference between 90 and 27 lag. if you complain about having a lag thats <90 your lying.

Look, it's pretty simple, different people will have lag to different servers.

On the EU for me, I can fly and comm, though if there's a heavy load on the server then I'm laggy with maybe 160 or so, otherwise 90-120. Not as good as the other servers, but then again, that's the whole point of having servers scattered around the world.

This is an extremely good idea and find that blaming them for you not living in Europe is silly.

I've played for over 2 years with average lag of 120-130. Now it's time for someone else to /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":lol:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
