Well I really can't and won't stack, but I think it lacks the option "to win"/"to play on the winning team". Because even if someone wouldn't care about elo, people just love having the advantage and better chance of winning. Ofcourse it would be cool if the advantage is achieved by better team work etc with equal teams, but sadly it doesn't happen often enough.

People want to win, so they pick the best team.

This isn't about guessing why people stack. My self esteem is just fine.
I've tried to help newer commanders. They simply tell me to hush or ignore me all together.
So, if they won't listen and want a trial by fire... I'll join the other team and give them the fire they so desperately seek.
So, my answer is... none of your business. Read what I said above. Figure it out.
