This problem is all about "I'm so cool that I cannot fly for that guy, because I'll lose my precious HELO". Personally I don't care who is in the com chair (i got some personal exceptions tho), if I want to play and the game is unbalanced I always join the unstack. I really hate unbalanced games, really, I know the fact that playing for an unexperienced player could be painful, but is a damned game, after all... Is better a balanced game with unbalanced coms than an unbalanced game WITH unbalanced players. It's riddiculous to see a bunch of vets with an awesome com, against a noob with a bunch of noobs... I don't know which part of your brain gets a lot of fun anihilating noobs, relax maybe, some personal self esteem therapy??

Reverse pick has the best chance of somewhat even teams. In a regular pick, vets tend to sit out until they know they can get in where they want. In a reverse pick, at least the newbs are properly distributed, which goes a long way.

For those who are not hip to the reverse pick, the enemy commander picks your team and visa versa.

It'll never get better if you pick it. That's what my old Mum used to say.
