Another interesting situation in relation to Trump and Brexit seems to be a big data company called "Cambridge Analytica". It seems they "somehow" got the Facebook "likes" data. CA claims to make psychological profile of voters, and influence the voters with micro interactions.
While I doubt the value of their claims based on FB likes, there seems to be going much money around.
If Trump uses CA reports for it's daily tweets to "massage" the citizens, it might explain some "randomness" in his statements.
Much is covered in thick mist and gossip, it might be just as easy a clever marketing plot. Or fake.
