google translate doesn't have "globey" listed as a language

The people Globey admires seem to be the ones who say "speak American or get the $#@! out"
Why cannot Globey speak American? Why does he disappoint those who he admires so much?

Please be advised, this is just my best guess as to what I think Globey means but I may be completely off target.
As you all know, nix1 always claim that he is much smarter than i then why all the upset ?
If P1 is are so much smarter than me, why are you upset by what I write?
maybe there is a reason why I pick on nix1
Maybe I pick on P1 because he is not as smart as he thinks he is.
Dome were too easy to pick on, I also knew he were gonna use the ban stick

Pooky never used the warning thingy because he knew I was just having some harmless fun trolling the forums
P1 I just turn down +100k job for been stupid
P1 I just turned down a high paying job offer because I don't need the money
(In my opinion the last sentence was minor jab at P1 for not being well off like Globey is but again this is my best guess)

Globey, fact-immune doesn't mean you're stupid. It means you're an ideologue. Also, being nonsensical doesn't mean you're stupid in this case either, it means your posts are hard to understand. See: language barrier.

she know how to speak and write in English and Vietnamese
that is the reason why the company hiring her for
I no longer have her, so my English is sux....

let us help you then

"a" means it is singular not plural, so it should be secretary, not secretaries.
"she knew how to speak and write in English and Vietnamese"
Know is present tense, and should be "knows" if you are trying to keep present tense
"that is the reason why the company hired her"
again, use the past tense form, or if you want to keep it present use the present participle:
"that is the reason the company had for hiring her"
"I no longer have her, so my English sux....
