Indeed. If I was a technician who had to hire people, I'd make them install the game and prove to me they have gotten it to work. Then, I'd have them prove that they are capable of backing up files. You would have to give them a certificate at the end of any training in installing the game and just add the cost to their already spiraling student loan.
They are never going to pay it back anyway.
