The whole reason this game ever had any appeal is due to the complexity/all the sordid details.
Remove that and you'll lose everyone who is left, and if you get any new players they're going to be 10 year olds.

It's part of the lifestyle of most games and why games that were immensely successful ultimately tank hard soon after their glory days:
the devs give in to those who complain about the difficulty/complexity of the game, so they homogenize it, all the competitive players leave, then the game sucks and dies.

My proof is all of recorded history of games

and this one is little different in this principle

all the voobs bitched for years about the ultra competitive players and how their gaming experience was ruined by said players
now the competitive players are gone, so there is no gaming experience at all

that is reality

fix the microsoft licence issue
-> launch it on a proper platform with some community support (social support, not financial support per se)

introduce aesthetic rewards for playtime
-> make people addicted. win X times for n points to get wings a slightly different colors, kill X ints to get a little skull on your nose ect. thins can be paired with an achievement system.

fix the microsoft licence issue (because until than this is all just good will of good people who love this game and have to eat bowl of @#(! upon bowls of @#(!, be it in game or in the forums. they know what to do, how to do it, and they are just not allowed to. i bow down and kiss their feet, they know who they are)

now i will login and lay and say hi and say yarr.

When I joined Allegiance, I think we had 700+ on leaderboard. You're down to 51 now.

Tick, tock, tick, tock.

Play a few games and make the leaderboard jump to 52 rather than be a doomsday prophet

I'd love to, but then I'd have to install the game again... and then wait until specific times of the day when people are actually on to play a game. I could do probe art, I guess, but "that's not having fun the right way". Why should I waste my time on a dead game? Would you invest in jewish businesses in Germany in WWII? (GODWIN LAW)

You just did.

Please dont waste any more time though. We will all appreciate it. Especially since a good natured paps post cant inspire appropriate feedback.

This is what you get for doing nothing when people were spamming "Allegiance is dying" threads. You made mockery of them, but they sure turned out to be true, huh.
