I setup
this. Head tracking using face recognition. Once you set it up it is pretty awesome. Had to use my phone as a webcam instead of my crappy webcam

Yeah he got me to do it too, using an Xbox 360 webcam. It's pretty cool. It can be very CPU intensive though, so it's not for everyone.
