Shizoku wrote:QUOTE (Shizoku @ Oct 2 2011, 11:18 PM) Looking at different options for a new desktop, Alienware being one of them. They don't have much options for Nvidea, and really I'm not building this thing just for BF3.
Please for the love of god don't buy alienware, that @#(! is all overpriced on a par with mac hardware.
If you're not comfortable building it yourself there are still plenty of sites (not sure about specific ones for outside the UK but they must be there) where they will build the system of your choice for you and dish out a warranty for it and you'll save a hell of a lot of money. It also gives you the opportunity to completely customise your setup rather than buying stuff you don't need because you're stuck with a limited set of options.

Not having a squad wasn't an issue in BF1942 or BF Vietnam?

For about $2200. I don't really want to go through the headache of building my own computer either, if you can find a Canadian supplier that can build a quality computer for less, please let me know. I swear to $#@! if you mention ACER I will put you on ignore from henseforth and never respond to you again.

From their PC builder tool, includes assembly for $50, not including shipping. Some of the items were my preferred brands, the motherboards I don't know anything about, so I picked a fairly high end Asus. Also, many options for cases.
