Yeah, true that. When I hop into a Lxy Int I don't want a fancy paintjob and the ability to ripcord, I want tuffer hull, more fuel, less mass, more accel, more agility, better gunmounts, and more ammo. The Lxy Int is the bastard child of the Lxy series, other Lxy ships ACCENTUATE that ship's strengths while minimising weaknesses.

Figs are versatile, the Lxy Fig can carry a lot of things Figs usually can't, and they're miner killers/bomber stoppers par EXCELLENCE.

Lxy SFs have unlimited cloak, a massive amount of energy and moar missiles. SFs are meant to be stealthy.

Lxy Scouts have a huge scan range and a full AC rather than a Mini-AC. Scouts are meant to have scan range.

Lxy Ints...have less fuel and can ripcord? Oh great! Because ints are designed to ripcord around the map!

I know Med Shield SFs were a little incongruous but they're gone, so fix up the Lxy Int AND the Hvy Int.

The above. I don't feel like the slow-ass ripcord and lead indicator are worth 500. I'd rather the lux int be more like the lux fig. A really good interceptor. Should even try the four miniguns, to make all the intwhores want to fly Giga

I agree with crono for once. Although I can see where the current for of the lxy int was going, I think it should be like the others, just a better form of the ship instead of a werid hybrid.

Maybe rename the current version: "Lxy InterFig" (make your own damn name up) and create the proper lxy Int.

Having a nerf to fuel is very painful for interceptors, and ability to ripcord doesn't justify it AT ALL . Being exp, you won't put many teles anyway. What I find allright is the gunmounts. If you want @#(!ty hvy int, take normal. If you want good gunmounts with lead indicator (yeah, a fancy small turret thingy) take lxy int. Still I'd rather see a speed or hull upgrade (to compensate for being giga) then ripcording ability.

There are countless things we could do to perk Giga, but really none of them are necessary ATM. Feel free to keep this thread going though - it'll be needed sometime.

Any chance of making Giga Exp more fun?
