hint: keep posting in cadet forum so BV and other instructors won't get bored and feel like nobody's there when they spend lots of time organize and post it.

Good Luck

Please read the link in my signature concerning Cadet. All of your questions are answered there.

1. The message you received for Cadet is an autoresponder to your application.

2. Unless you are a member of a squad, the massive SQUAD game today is for squad members only. (That was a general message sent)

3. Read your PM. We add applicants upto the end of week one of each session. We do this in a single batch. You will be added next week.

4. The Cadet forums are located under support and training. You can NOT see them until we add you.

===========================

The following 3 applications have been received and will be added next week. (That is if they are valid nicks) Please read the requirements in the Cadet link in my signature.

Second batch additions:

Drklrd (A) Drakk Zeratul (F)
Jellybean
Flander
Jasin

I challenge this class to an Ultimate Patty Riding contest whenever I come back...

Remember, Patties are the single best ship in the game...and boy do they love to be ridden. /ninja.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ninja:" border="0" alt="ninja.gif" />

The only thing I regret about Cadet was that there was no Patty week. /sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> Otherwise it is a valuable learning experience punctuated by brief moments of intense passion when you realise you have vast surpassed your instructors in skill.

Ride on! (Hoping for at least a 50% retention rate)

I have applied for the cadet program. I am a student on springbreak until the 19th (monday of next week). And I am concerned about how much time I will be able to put into allegiance. While reading about the cadet program it stats that it will take around 1-2 hours of reading and possibly another 3 hours to play and apply what we are learning. It sounds like I will have plenty of time, although I still cannot say for sure.

The reason for posting this is so I will not waste the time of the staff and other members participating in the cadet program. I know that the staff as well as other members work hard to make this program work and I do not want to be a nuisance by possibly lacking behind in the lessons.

I will assure you that I will put as much time as I can into this cadet program if I am accepted, but I am still not sure if I will have enough time.

Don't worry, you won't be any trouble should you turn out to not have time after all /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

We've had people going through the course during their finals, no big deal.
