It was High, High, Scarce + on a 16 sector map.
Hardly stacked.

Bios (Multi-Tech)
Gt (Tac or Supertech)
etc.
Anyways... Even if it was "stacked" for the strat, then you admit that under those circumstances it is more than viable to spec rush.

Scarce+ puts 2 tech rocks in every sector.
You picked Nova for a map, where it will take even a dregh enhanced con 6+ minutes to be put in a place to be of any threat to you. More then enough time to ensure that it doesn't go any further. That's drastically different from another map like InsideOut where there is practically nothing stopping IC from putting a con in your home. Don't use the "it was a 16 sector map!" for an excuse.
None of those factions would be able to keep up with you after the 20 minute mark. None. When every minute you pull in 6-10k and then add minerloads on top of that, the other factions simply can not tech up as fast as giga can.
Of course under those circumstances it's more then viable to rush specs, you manipulated the variables so that it couldn't be anything but. Coupling that with going up against a commander who's still learning and I'm honestly $#@!ing amazed that you could have the balls to brag about that.
If you have to stack the settings to make something work, then I'm afraid you still know nothing about commanding.
