No, I don't call that lag you tard. I call that a server update rate problem. The lower the update rate, the greater the distance and frequency the ships jump. Coping with this isn't a problem by itself, add an oversensitive controller to the game and you got some interesting obstacles to overcome. The video was taken during the process of identifying bugs and testing fixes, maybe that's why you're seeing the "wrong scout model" which has nothing to do with anything.
