So I was at a brawl tournament after which I was playing King DeDeDe against Falco in a friendly match. King DeDeDe is a big fat penguin who's slow as $#@!, and Falco is a quick bird with a laser-gun. I couldn't hit falco to save my life, and eventually shouted "Dodging my attacks is cheating, face the facts!"

The whole group of people watching (fifteen or twenty) started cackling, and I've move the allegiance trend of (blank) is cheating, face the facts! into the UCDavis Smash scene.

So true, spliffy. So true.

In the US, we have several names we use to label said type. Some of which I will not list here, but a couple is "flojjers" (sp?) and one that is less used is "posers".

Moved to the suburbs to give the kid a better education, all while finishing college. Worked three jobs, while going to college full time JUST so I can afford this little apartment near a nice grade school... Anyhoo some wanna-be poser is fronting giving everyone a hard stare outside the local grog shop. My son and I are both on the way in to the store and him in his joy for some treat runs ahead and tries to open the door. Tries because poser is holding the door shut, and giving him his best killer look. Tells him scram. My son is 6 and this kid is about 17. I calmly walk up and ask him to remove himself from the door as my son wishes to enter. He gives me a sneer but let's the door open. On the way out my son is kind of afraid of poser and is standing close to me. Poser smirks. I ask my son to get in the car. I say very calming to him to make careful note of my son, my wife, my car, and myself. I then tell him if the next time my son sees the poser he isn't a happy boy then he will meet said wife after I ram his $#@!ing head through my car windshield. His reply was I kid you not, " yes sir." Posers are easy you only need to be harder then them and mean it.
