Robin: "Gosh, Batman, this camel grass juice is great."
Batman: "Beware of strong stimulants, Robin."

^^Nice Paps.
In still more other news-
Today in a small town known as El Dorado, Kansas a Josh Allan Wilson was arrested in connection with bank fraud. The recent theft of his father, Todd Allan Wilson's personal information may have been his first attempt at identity theft. Danny Gourman and Misti Brown his brother and mother may not have had the credit his father had and were not targeted for identity theft. Josh, a 14 yo freshman at local El Dorado High was escorted from campus by police screaming "I didn't do it! I was framed! I don't even know how to wiretap!" Josh could be facing as much as 10 years in prison. His father commented, "I should have kept a better eye on him, he was always on that damn computer and I never considered he might share or learn to manipulate our personal information."
His defense lawyer believes he is innocent and a victim of identity theft himself. He points to the stream of pedophiles (calling themselves Team Pedo and high fiving excessively and chanting their egomaniacal leader's name, "Shiz! Shiz! Shiz! Shiz!") that arrived at his home and suggests he had been giving out his personal information on public forums in the internets. His lawyer argues that the broad range of information Joshua posted on the interwebs may have made it possible for someone to manipulate his identity. His lawyer believes he should remain in Juvie until his parents can move because Team Pedo appears to be able to camp out anywhere with internet and wait for, as they say, "J_A_W's" arrival. What Team Pedo intends is not left up to the imagination and one can find the details for that posted publicly as well. The words "whoring" and "pwning" appear together too frequently for the comfort of most respectable denizens of this planet- hearing this they replied in unison, "Tilda, z, s" a brief pause, "Tilda, z, h," to which a few replied with various other "Tilda's." This reporter is terrified.
JOSHUA TELL YOUR FATHER YOU JUST POSTED HIS NAME AND ADDRESS ON THE INTERNET, THAT YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY REMOVE SINCE IT IS NOT YOURS AND HE HAS A CREDIT SCORE. YOU ARE PLAYING WITH FIRE AND PLZ FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLZ ADMINs ORDER HIM TO DO IT.
//cliche warning
WHERE ARE THE ADMINS WHEN YOU NEED THEM?

Aegis, you are asking for a ban again. STFU.
J_A_W, people aren't kidding when they ask you not to post your RL info on the Internet. It is dangerous.

Seconded. I didn't expect to start this discussion when I posted what I posted. What I said what just the decision *I've* come to and not meant as a general statement about the topic. Sorry for starting this. /sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":sad:" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />ImmortalZ wrote:QUOTE (ImmortalZ @ Jan 26 2007, 04:15 PM) J_A_W, people aren't kidding when they ask you not to post your RL info on the Internet. I just caught this topic. I deleted his post.
I work in the Mortgage Industry and deal with Fraud, ID theft, etc. on a daily basis. You have NO idea how much of this exists.
Do NOT ever do that. Not ever. Anyone with a little skill and knowledge can track anyone down. It is not that hard, but providing a starting point like that post is extemely dangerous. For small monthly fees I have access to certain databases and you would be shocked on what can be pulled up. (I have a legitimate reason, it is looking for judgements, etc that would affect Title on a mortgage.) A lot is public record and available on line.
We have a standing joke in our house. We have a stuffed bear who has had three credit cards (not active and cancelled), gets mail on a regular basis, credit card offers etc. It is so easy to steal an identity or create a new one from someone elses basic information. There are people out there who do nothing but collect information and sell it for fraud purposes.
Back to work, but if anyone ever sees a post like that again, PM me, googletalk me, or call my cellphone. Some of you have that number.
Thx
