OMG! No one (named Metz, Radulfr, Globemaster, Wasp, Minigun, etc.) could have possibly foreseen this outcome.

I can't wait for minigun to chime in with "yeah well at least he did something" as if there has been any change in the status quo.

Apparently fiscal conservatives are now spending my tax dollars on literal pork.

The GOP is so bad at capitalism, I would not be surprised if they were the first to seize the means of production.

France shows up to Arlington Nat'l Cemetery to place a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

Trump canceled his visit, presumably because he's still furious at all those not-patriots who kneel during a song.

France shows more respect to the US Armed Forces than the US President.

i mean, for those without much imagination at least, it could actually be argued that US troops have historically benefited Western Europe more than the US itself

On the flip side, America shows way more respect for Lafayette than France ever has. Maybe this is some sort of rebalance?
