You could always ban people from being Democrats At a stroke that would bring the number of people shot by Democrats down to nearly zero.
It would also stop people from saying Dumocrats, so win win there.

I also read about the fella out hunting in the woods whose dog knocked over his loaded rifle which then retaliated by shooting him in the calf. So you could also ban dogs from knocking over loaded rifles. Maybe consider banning people from taking baby cows into the woods when hunting since they are largely blameless in the whole shooting people area.

All of the suggestions made may work if you implement them. They definitely won't if you don't.

peet is half right. No foreigner should tell americans how to reduce the number of kids shot in their country. But they absolutely should be telling them to do something about it.
