Didn't SGs stop being scheduled because the Europeans were watching some handball on TV or something? Has that ended yet?

Gl dome. You have right idea. But I think NI should also close its intake to force players to boost numbers in other squads.

Until the OC takes a view to balance squads and applications to squads to keep numbers strong or merge if necessary, your proposal will never get the support of the imperial senate or the beuracracy.

And squad leadership in general mobilize your players. Let's get those SGs happening.

Keep the 4 squads. Dismantle the rest. Have the 4 squads pick the players from a pick pool.

I think the smaller squads would like to stick together.

Something like, RT+GB, Sysx+BS, NI+SF and MEC+PK could work.

Could change that up a bit.. but in order to create the most even teams size and skill wise that looks about right. Would be up to the SLs to come to an agreement. The smaller squads could keep their tags too.

What do you guys think about that.

Obviously this seems like a pipe dream, but if we could somehow agree on how to consolidate and actually do it, it'd help the game.

We should all merge into one big squad and then no one could beat us.

I do believe that squads should be required to fulfill a minimum activity during the year, to keep their "Active" status. For example: have a minimum of 3 squad games per year with at least 10 players. If they don´t fulfill it, the squad should be disbanded.

But merging with another squad should remain the decision of each squad. Squad flying is a matter of affinity, and you can´t force people to play together if they don´t want to.
