Open Regedit. The beta runs off of the 1.1 keys. Make sure your EXE path is accurate.

All that does is ovewrite the standard client if it's incorrect.Spunkmeyer wrote:QUOTE (Spunkmeyer @ Jan 18 2012, 08:42 PM) Open Regedit. The beta runs off of the 1.1 keys. Make sure your EXE path is accurate.
His invalid Allegiance.exe error, if it's coming from ASGS, means ASGS is not donwloading and writing allegiance.exe correctly. If there is a problem with the EXE Path (such as an unwritable directory) that'd do it. (Although in that particular case it's more likely to be an issue with not running with administrative rights)fuzzylunkin1 wrote:QUOTE (fuzzylunkin1 @ Jan 18 2012, 08:04 PM) All that does is ovewrite the standard client if it's incorrect.

Ok, this time, fix as my user... then restart asgs in admin mode and fix again. This time it worked. I hate issues I can't replicate decently.Stone wrote:QUOTE (Stone @ Jan 18 2012, 10:18 PM) OK.. Ran as administrator, same error. Took a look at the 1.1 path and the exe existed (C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Allegiance\Beta)
This time, I've left the ASGS error up so I can quote it correctly "File Allegiance.exe has an invalid signature. Would you like to attempt to repair the file?"
