if you want one just post a thread with "beta," "development," or something about "allegiance is dying" in it. I'm pretty sure most the authors of these posts just copy + paste their replies from a notepad and then slightly edit them. All you need to do is look at the author and that will tell you what they are going to say. Then you can skip it

ahhhh you are removing AllegSkill as an unnecessary feature, isn't posssible with CSS.... or you will finally implement it with (Mu, Sigma) because of CSS? It could be any of them.

edit: No drama filled follow up post from me, just want to be clear is all.

Oh and thanks in andvance

There was some code to fudge Allegskill team balance in with the current system.

A better system can be developed with CSS so we aren't using the fudge is how I read it

It's all about not doing step 2 (implementing autobalance with mu/sigma into Allegiance code) before doing step 1 (getting mu/sigma into Allegiance code).

Note: It's a SVN, nothing is lost.

So you are removing AllegSkill until it is impossible to use with CSS?
No need to bother making in impossible to implement just don't do it and save a bunch of work.

Given your answer and PandaBeard's answer seem incompatible can I give this a try?

1. You are removing from the game for whatever reason
2. You are keeping it in the game but are changing how its implemented
3. You are keeping it in the game and are not changing a thing related to AllegSkill
4. You are removing it from the game until you can implement AllegSkill differently
5. Other

I think it is 2

Sorry to be a pest but I am just more confused then before... yes the irony is delicious

'cause someone mentioned allegskill I am required by law to say;

"AllegSkill sucks"

"Autobalance sucks"

"Allegskill & autobalance is soooooo funny that it sucks more than a hoover vacuum"

Pray continue... :)

No, R6 code had some experimental autobalance features, which have been removed with code review, nothing more, nothing less.

AllegSkill ranks, which we currently use, aren't effected.

So a thread about Beta Development causing Allegiance to Die would implode the forums?
