+1 nice cheat sheet juckto, oh and btw all Phoenix bases are same as Bios (except transceiver of course).
However I do notice a discrepancy in the garr between girly's and juckto's which also leads me to a question, do intial garr's always face the same orientation on game start for each faction? I can remember seeing the IC garr being horizontally aligned in F3 and vertically aligned in another game without me changing my f3 rotation. But I might be wrong and am too lazy to test now

on some custom maps, initial garr orientation can be different since they're "placed" by the map creator not the server code.

Which would mean, there are rules, explicit or not. Also if one of the mods went completely crazy I doubt TE would do nothing (not talking about spidey here in either case, but another, even higher hypothetical level of crazy).
