Personally I think it should be bannable to drop a tp1/2 in a base model, despite the fact that it is quite impossible to do so... except for bios hvy scouts what with hc2 and all.

Was a game a month ago and it practically eradicated our chances for bombing.
Someone speculated though, that origin of the issue was, that the EWS probe was right next to the rock, before the sup went up.
Whatever the reason it badly spoiled the game.
