I think the newbies have been staying on the newbie servers but turning the "Nov Only" requirement off. I think there's more and more of those. They basically go ignored until a server crash occurs. Main server players tend to pop into those servers once the crash occurs as they will have the most players. The vets then hijack their game and end up whoring on them.
