Mods are small fry.

Admins are where the party at.

Hey guys. Name's Clarion_Call. I found this game from someone that played another game that's on it's way out called Wulfram 2. I went through and read the manual over the Christmas holiday. Right now, I just don't think I can go through the Cadet program because I'm currently in school and my studies don't allow for much free time. I'm also in charge (con chair) of the event in my sig. That makes for even less time. I'll try to get some more time this summer, but I can't promise anything. I also have a family to take care of as well. I love the teamwork aspect of this game and still really want to play. It's just the time constraints that kill me. I'll try to get on when I can.

Cool, good to see there is someone who values teamwork here.

That convention seems awfully far off!

Cadet really doesn't take much of your time, it just requires some reading of the forum and putting it into practice in your normal play time.

I'd highly recommend you take it as early as possible, before you develop too many bad habits! :)

Like trying to finish off Brood when your cons die.

Or like scouting instead of defending your techbase from a bomb run.

Welcome Clarion and Nerd. As far as I understand, Cadet doesn't have any "required play time" or anything, it just gives you an @cdt tag in-game and access to the cadet forums where you can ask questions and get responses quickly. Then there's a test at the end.

Hello I am anailator23, Im an American in California

I learned about this game on our Eternal Silence forums. I work as a beta tester for the Eternal Silence mod (which plays a lot like Allegiance ;) ) for the Half Life 2 Source Engine, and someone recommended ur game for a much larger scale space combat experience.

I've like what I've seen in the tutorials but due to an unfortunate compatibility problem with AVG Security I havn't been able to try out the actual multiplayer experience yet. Hopefully I'll be able to resolve this bug soon and join other players in the full space combat experience.
