MSVCP100.DLL *is* part of the VC++ 2010 redist. It will not be in your Allegiance folder but either in your System32 folder or if 64 bit in SysWOW64 folder.

If you still can't install it you can get it from a DLL site, but you always risk a virus infection that way - minimal, but there.

Here my copy of MSVCP100.dll this way atleast you can be assured its virus free :)

EDIT: btw got the file from

C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder hope this helps :)
