So somehow station caps are counted wrong for a few times, when I talked with Baker we thought it could be planet itself because it was not updated recently to fix station kills etc. Maybe if we can check which server the games are played on to figure out if the problem is just server based.
These game were played on GPZ (running R5 Jan 10), I already talked with Baker and TE about this problem.
Baker thinks (thought?) is a problem within AllSrv code, while I think it's a problem with software which analyses TAGs xml files on ASGS server (which is closed code) and generates stats from it.

I had a look around most of the base-caps counting code last night, and I couldn't find anything that looked suspicious, or much that appeared to have changed since R4 with it.
Is there any more info. we can get on these specific games? Were they alliance games? Is the chatlog (Possibly with the messages "Grav has Captured expansion.666" every times a Cap occurrred?)
Just curious - I'll try and have a look more later.
Seems like notjarvis found the root of that bug, it should be fixed soon.

garbage in = garbage out... although i could artificially impose some rules such as if someone's base caps increased dramatically from one snapshot to the next, then i could throw an exception and discard the data or something... then we'd run into problems on where to draw the line.
i think the best way is to leave it as it is, since spathiwa has gone online, we've been able to spot problems almost as soon as they appear
remember when certain players had 99999 hrs played?
or how about when base kills didnt register? spathiwa.com made it easier to spot when the problem started happening
anyway, be sure to pm me if you have any questions/issues about my site, i tend to miss these posts as they can be scattered in multiple sections of the forum
