Finisher is the man with a nan. Second only to me.
I rank Jay over Defi because Defi is too loud about it, Jay is subtle but effective. Not that I don't copy Defi's techniques shamelessly.
I'll say it; I can't think of a really great prober. I guess I don't pay enough attention. I am not; I'm not good enough at ignoring what is happening elsewhere.

Anybody who doesn't *know* that Noir is the best human probe/spotter in Alleg needs to... um.... know that... he is...
But yeah, Noir is a freakin' pain in the neck for any enemy team.
As for the other stuff I have no idea. Defi's good at proxing, but it's kind of all she does, so I'm thinking there is a little bit of a skewed result there. If I spent as much time proxing as she does, I'd have a lot more prox kills as well... but I don't...
Nanning I've never really considered to be something that any individual is particularly good at. If you can hit the bomber with your nan shots and can drop prox behind you/in front of the friendly bomber, you're doing a damn fine job as far as I'm concerned. A lot of it is luck and not being the nan that the ints decide to shoot at.

Perhaps he's refering to combat nanning, in which case Arkof wins it for me with Adaven coming a close second.
