Looks to me like he is using them as proper nouns or the names of specific actions so I see no problem with capitalization for emphasis.

Seriously, correcting someone whos english is a second language is just wrong. Do we really need to read a post from the grammer police on every post, PROPER GRAMMER IS CHEATING FACE THE FACTS!
