I'm kind of disappointed I can't whore around in a PT bomber anymore, between the cost of them and the nerfing of the weapon class =\
Otherwise, thrilled about everything else.

Eh? The only thing about PTs that changed was the Bomber now costs money instead of the missile.

But it also means your paying for it if you are using is as a platform for area supremacy. The rockets were damn nice to shoot down incomcing ints, or figs comming on for galv runs, since they don't deviate course. Now it costs money, and takes longer. 250 is far too expsensive for a ship thats already costing you far too much to get to at this point.

Because laser blossoms and quickfire/lightnings are in the same damage class as blossom, dogfighting in PTs is going to be much less effective overall, especially with the 50% nerf against shields.
Most people traditionally wouldn't use MRTs, instead opting for free LRMs. Personally, i just used it to own ships with lightning's.

I think you are missunderstanding. QuickeFires and Lightnings did not change, it is the Laser Blossom that now uses their Damage Index.
