Potential mobyfafa roles:
- Prober
- Miner D (shooter)
- Miner D (nanner)
- Pod picker-upper

These are all roles that are held in way higher regard than being a straight up shooter in our community (community calls good shooters "whores"). They might also be more useful to the team in just about any game. They are also really based on kid's games, for which I love the analogy. Prober is like hide and go seek: you don't go off to another completely different country (eg. outer sector boundary) when you hide, you go somewhere really close where you think the seeker wont look but you can see him. just drop a probe there.
Miner D in both instances are like a human chain... just make i around the miner.
Pod pickup is like a weird game of tag. 3 million pods are it, and you want to be it so you sit still, waiting to be tagged.
Enjoy the game.
I also recommend you enroll in cadet, you can have even less interaction than you have here (you don't have to post at all!, if you want). Yet, the information will be placed there in the easiest reading form, sometimes it is as a response (to a question someone else asked, which just might be yours), sometimes like a color by lines coloring book. Loved it. I would've stayed a cadet if i had the chance. /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

And while you are doing miner D, you'll learn how alleg economy works. After you get some experience under your belt, the commander may even let you order the miners around so that cash flow is optimized. Most commanders welcome a competent miner manager on their team, because it frees them up to focus on other issues. It will also give you a great background if you ever decide to start commanding yourself.
