they have tons of people with a title sitting quietly doing NOTHING but waiting for someone else to actually ask them if they can do this or that.

it's like a company with no employees but tons of managers.

maybe more people will get a hint as why some stuff aint working here

That is what needs to be taken care of.

I'd start with forum-banning you, k10, elzam, sgtmajor, zero_falcon, and weylin along with everyone who's ever started an "Allegiance is dying" thread, an "I don't care if it doesn't work for everyone else, this is all about ME ME ME" thread, or a "Someone take my idea for a core and make it for me" thread, then add a "commander supervision" feature or a "game duration mute" feature so they can only talk in-game when the commander approves of it.

That'd get rid of a large number of the agonizingly annoying twats that keep plenty of people out of the game by presenting a HORRIBLE image of what our community really is.

If I showed up today and saw the level of @ssfsckery that goes on in the forum and in game, I'd have left without looking back.

Instead I got the likes of Romeo, Deng, BV, and a huge handful of others who instead of whining incessantly about their own emo @#(! actually HELPED new players and did so well enough that we were able to play JUST FINE on the default keyset until we settled on one of our own.

Bring back Pook-like moderation, I say.
